Outer sleeve is in good condition, showing light wear on the cover as well as edges and corners. Initials on top right corner. Name written along stem of flower on back.
No original inner sleeve.
Record is in good condition. Both sides of record have light scratches throughout.
All records are cleaned in ultrasonic machines and put in plastic sleeves upon shipping.
